Simply put, Nikki was a godsend. I was the mother of the bride, and Nikki was with us from our "30 Days to Go Review" until the end. Her professional relationships were extensive so she was able to coordinate with vendors and maneuver around rules at the snap of a finger. Nothing we mentioned was too big or too small for her attention. She was exceedingly timely in responding to every question or need.
